This was my first substantial mosaic. The mosaic measured 1.5 x 0.9 meters and was time consuming as each piece had to be glued in place as it was cut.  This mosaic took 6 months.

Lesson Learned: Another method is required for creating mosaics for vertical surfaces in the future , possibly by gluing the tiles onto fly screen or similar and then gluing and grouting to the wall.
